A native of Little Falls, NY, she was the wife of Harold F. Wood, whom she married, on May 26, 1984, in Connecticut. Mimi was born in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Steve and Mildred “Mimi” (Block) Mucica, (Musica), both deceased. She attended Little Falls schools, Russell Sage College, in Troy, NY (bachelor’s degree) and obtained her master’s degree of education at the University of West Hartford, Connecticut. She was a retired broker’s assistant with Coldwell Banker, of Utica and lastly with Prudential, in New Hartford, New York. Her roots brought her back home where for years her family attended Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Little Falls, New York. On top of her love of her family and her civic duties, Mimi was quite simply a fabulous cook. Survivors include her beloved husband, Harold; her children, Robin Moe, Kristen Moe (Jackie) and Eric Moe (Lisa); her stepson, Dennis Wood (Adele); her brothers, Stephen W. and Dana Mucica; grandchildren, (Eric, Ansley); and her dear friend, Shirley Wightman; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
