Obituary of Willard Bouck

Willard Kenneth Bouck, age 76, of Cherry Valley, passed away peacefully on Wednesday afternoon, October 5, 2022, at the St. Johnsville Center for Rehab & Nursing. At the time of his passing, he had the love and devotion of his daughters at his side. Born on June 11, 1946, Willard was the son of the late Peter and Nellie (Rivenburgh) Bouck. He was raised and educated in Cherry Valley. Throughout the years, Willard was employed as a carpenter with Clapper Construction in Oneonta, specializing in roofing and siding. He also held a position as an auto body painter, which he absolutely loved doing. In his spare time he could always be found tinkering around his home and property, especially with his trucks and tractors. Willard was a family man, through and through and was adored by his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, playing with his beloved dog, Minnie, and anyone who knew him knew that he was a diehard fan of AC/DC! Willard is survived by his three daughters, Tami Bouck and Raymond Newberry, Nellie Bouck and William Rose and Sheila and Jim McMullen; his grandchildren, Kenneth Bouck and Natalie, Willard and Brianna Bouck, Matthew, Andrew, Leann, Justin, Ray, Linda, Ryan and Danielle; and his great-grandchildren, Kison, Kendra and Brentley. He also leaves his siblings, Joe and Star Bouck, Jim and Helen Bouck, Leonard and Carol Bouck, Marion and Raymond Yerdon and Shirley and Milton Beaulieu; along with several nieces, nephews and special friends, including Skip Lowry and Harry Brown. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife, Linda Bouck and his son, Kenneth Bouck. In keeping with Willard’s wishes, there will be no public services. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Enea, Ciaccia and Applegate funeral directors. Online notes of sympathy may be left at www.eneafamily.com.
