Obituary of Arianna Sue LaBella

ILION - Anna LaBella, 12, of Ilion, passed on Tuesday morning, August 2, 2022, in the loving arms of her mom and dad. Anna was born September 11, 2009, at Saint Luke's Hospital, to the parents of Rob and Jessie LaBella. Anna was a bright and shining light in this world with her infectious smile and amazing dimple. Anna loved painting, camping, soccer and horseback riding to name a few. She was the most - happiest with her friends, Carlina Mula, Makayla Rodgers and Savannah Groth. Most importantly, Anna loved to give back. Anna started her own foundation called Anna's Sunflower Warriors. Anna loved to give back to her second home, the Ronald McDonald House in Albany, NY, as well as making sure she had her snack cart filled for her fellow warriors at Albany Med. (Melodies Center). She always wanted to help others who were going through the same thing she was. Anna always found a way to make others smile. After Anna's long brave fight she was met in the loving arms of her Nana, Sue Hurteau. Anna is survived by her parents, Robert and Jessie LaBella and baby brother, Carter; grandparents, Charles and Nora Hurteau, Bob and Maryellen LaBella and Rachel and Allen Barnes; her Uncle, Auntie (Godparents), Chris and Tracy Shufelt; her buddy/cousin, Christopher, Jr. Shufelt; aunt Corie (Piggy) and Chase Ward; with special love for Kenddra Barker and many other loving family members.
