Obituary of Gerard Allen Wall

Mr. Gerard Allen "Jerry" Wall, age 72, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, March 28, 2022, at the Foltsbrook Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, where he has received excellent and loving care throughout these last years. Gerard was born on August 30, 1949, the son of the late William and Genevieve (Carr) Wall. He was raised and educated in the Bronx and graduated from James Monroe High School. Jerry was a career military man who honorably served his country and remained an ardent veteran throughout his days. On December 21, 1982, Gerard was wed to the late Sun H. Wall and together they shared in a loving and blessed union of almost 24 years. Sunny passed away on November 1, 2006. Jerry is survived by his brother, William Wall of Middletown, New York, and his family. Ultimately, Jerry will be laid to rest beside his wife in Wallkill Cemetery, Middletown, NY.
