Obituary of David Slotnick, Jr.

Mr. David Slotnick, Jr., age 73, passed away comfortably in his daughter's arms on October 3, 2021 at the MVHS St. Luke's Campus. Born on May 26, 1948, David was the son of the late David Sr. and Harriet E. (Richardson) Slotnick. He was raised and educated locally and was a graduate of Rome Free Academy. Dave's career was spent as a Medical Technician with Mohawk Hospital Equipment in Utica, where he was employed for over thirty years. He leaves behind his beloved children, Sandra, Harriet and David and their families. In keeping with David's wishes there will be no formal funeral services.
